Refund Policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on non-perishable goods. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If it is simply a change of mind, shipping is at your own expense. If it is a faulty or damaged product, shipping will be at our expense, or a photo showing the damage may suffice, at our discretion.

Perishable goods are exempt for returns, for example, treats, flowers and apple sticks.


Refunds
Once your item(s) are received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
If a return is approved for a refund, the full amount that you paid towards the item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 days.
